1)    Will you purchase an imitation watch (for example fake rolex)?
Unfortunately replica's or "fakes" have no resale value to BuyerOfEstates.com or anyone.

2) Does my pre-owned watch need to be in working condition?
No, however, usually a pre-owned watch that is not in working condition has slightly less value than a watch that is functioning properly. Keep in mind that very rare or collectable watches command a high price regardless of condition, these include: Rolex, Tag, Movado, Phillipe etc.

3) Do you purchase pre-owned watches that are not made of gold or platinum?
YES! In fact many high end watchmakers use stainless steel, acrylics, even plastics and other metals. Certain stainless steel models actually have greater resale value than a watch constructed from gold or platinum.

4) Do the original box and papers add value to my pre-owned watch?
YES! However, having the original box and papers is not required, however in some cases having the original box, papers and manufacturers manuals can add substantial value. When in doubt send in your original papers and box this will enable us to offer you a higher value.

5) Do you purchase antique and vintage watches?
Yes, of course, BuyerOfEstates.com purchases watches of all ages. Keep in mind that a mass-marketed antique watch may have very little to no resale value, where as a custom or signed piece may have substantial value. If in doubt about your watch please send it in for an evaluation.
As with all pre-owned watches resale value is based on the marketability of the watch.
